We collect your email address, what you search and save, and your subscription status. That's essentially it. We never see or store your card number — Square handles payment. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't run advertising, we don't use third-party trackers, and we don't share your searches with operators.

Card numbers, CVV, or bank details. Payment runs through Square's hosted checkout. We receive only a token, the plan, and whether the charge succeeded.
We do not profile you for advertising and we do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the vendors that make the service run, and only with what they need:

Operators do not receive your information from us. When you contact an operator, you reach out yourself, and what you tell them is between you and them, under their privacy policy.
Account data lasts as long as your account does. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for the minimum billing records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept short-term. Sign-in links expire in 20 minutes and are single-use.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email info@americharter.com and we will act within 30 days. We will never charge you or degrade your service for exercising a privacy right.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights above plus the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of — we do not sell or share it. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): our lawful bases are contract (running your subscription), legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and consent (optional email). You may object, restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, or complain to your supervisory authority.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Sign-in is passwordless, so there is no password of yours for anyone to steal from us. Sign-in links are single-use and expire quickly. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify affected users promptly if a breach ever puts their information at risk.
EmpTleg is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to info@americharter.com and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
