We collect your email address, what you search and save, and your subscription status. That's essentially it. We never see or store your card number. Square handles payment. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't run advertising, we don't use third-party trackers, and we don't share your searches with operators.
EmpTleg.com is operated by AmeriCharter, Inc. For anything in this policy, use our contact form — requests are answered by a person.
Card numbers, CVV, or bank details. Payment runs through Square's hosted checkout. We receive only a token, the plan, and whether the charge succeeded.
We do not profile you for advertising and we do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
We set exactly one cookie. It is created only after you click your own sign-in link, it keeps you signed in, and it is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive that is a strictly necessary cookie, which is why no consent banner appears on this site: there is nothing here to consent to.
We use no advertising cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no browser local storage, no fingerprinting, and no scripts, fonts, or images loaded from any other company's servers. Nothing about your visit is shared with an ad network, a data broker, or a social platform, because nothing on the page talks to one.
You can check this yourself. Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site and look at the network requests and the cookie jar. Every request goes to emptleg.com and nowhere else.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the vendors that make the service run, and only with what they need:
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.
Operators do not receive your information from us. When you contact an operator, you reach out yourself, and what you tell them is between you and them, under their privacy policy.
EmpTleg runs on servers located in the European Union. Your account, your saved routes, and your messages to us are stored there, wherever in the world you happen to live.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, or the UK: your personal data stays within the European Union. It is not transferred to the United States for storage.
Two narrow exceptions, both unavoidable and both limited:
Where either transfer involves personal data leaving the EEA, it relies on the safeguards recognised under Chapter V of the GDPR — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, in Square's case, its own certification.
Account data lasts as long as your account does. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for the minimum billing records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept short-term. Sign-in links expire in 20 minutes and are single-use.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Submit the request through our contact form, choose "Privacy request", and we will act within 30 days. We will never charge you or degrade your service for exercising a privacy right.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights above plus the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of. we do not sell or share it. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
EU, EEA and UK residents (GDPR): our lawful bases are contract (running your subscription), legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and preventing abuse), and consent (optional email you asked for). You also have the right to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to ask us to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what came before.
You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority at any time, and you do not have to come to us first. In the EU that is the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Reaching us from the EU or UK. AmeriCharter, Inc. is established in the United States. Every request reaches us directly through our contact form and is answered by a person — there is no intermediary to go through and no form of ours that sends you in a circle. If and when we are required to designate a representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR, we will appoint one and publish their name and address in this section.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Sign-in is passwordless, so there is no password of yours for anyone to steal from us. Sign-in links are single-use and expire quickly. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify affected users promptly if a breach ever puts their information at risk.
EmpTleg is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us through our contact form and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
