We do not arrange, operate, or sell flights, we do not process payment for any flight, and we take no commission on anything you fly. AmeriCharter, Inc. separately operates a charter brokerage business. EmpTleg's search and alert service is independent of that brokerage and in no way related to it. Nothing you do on EmpTleg engages AmeriCharter as your broker, and AmeriCharter's charter terms — including its booking and cancellation ladder — do not apply to an EmpTleg subscription.
By using EmpTleg you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
EmpTleg aggregates empty-leg flight opportunities that operators publish themselves, normalizes them, and makes them searchable. That is the entire product.
EmpTleg is not:
Every flight shown is offered by an independent, licensed air carrier. Listings are informational only, are not an offer of air transportation, and can change or sell out at any moment. Availability, pricing, aircraft, crew, and timing are set solely by the operator.
We work to keep listings accurate and fresh, and we score and label them so you can judge them, but we do not warrant that any listing is currently available or correctly priced. Confirm every detail directly with the operator before you rely on it or spend money.
EmpTleg is passwordless. You give us an email address, we send a one-time sign-in link that works once and expires in 20 minutes. Keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at info@americharter.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.
An account is for one person or one flight department. Don't share your sign-in links, and don't resell, republish, or redistribute the listing data you see as a subscriber.
Searching EmpTleg is free, permanently: routes, dates, prices, aircraft category, and the live map never go behind the paywall. A paid subscription unlocks the operator identity, the specific aircraft, direct contact, saved routes, and alerts.
Rates. Basic is $49 per month. Premium is $199 per month. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Launch pricing is locked for your first 12 months of continuous subscription.
Payment. Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your card number. Your card statement will show a charge from AmeriCharter, Inc.
Upgrades. Moving from Basic to Premium cancels the $49 plan automatically; you keep Basic access through the month you have already paid for.

Cancel any time, in one click, at emptleg.com/account. No phone call, no email, no retention script. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded. See Billing & Cancellation.
Please don't: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract listings; resell or republish subscriber data; probe or overload the service; misrepresent yourself to an operator; use EmpTleg to broker flights as an undisclosed intermediary; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate an account that does. If we terminate an account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused portion of that month.
Operator names, marks, and listing details belong to those operators. We display them to identify who is flying a leg — that is nominative use, not a claim of affiliation, endorsement, or partnership. Operators who would rather not appear, or who want to correct or supply listings directly, can reach us at info@americharter.com and we will act on it. See For Operators.
The EmpTleg name, site, search engine, database structure, scoring, and design are ours. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
EmpTleg is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing is accurate, current, or available.
We are not responsible for the flights themselves. Any contract, dispute, delay, cancellation, refund, or safety matter is between you and the operator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of EmpTleg is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use EmpTleg after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section applies to charter services arranged by AmeriCharter, Inc., which are governed by AmeriCharter's own charter agreement.
