An EmpTleg subscription is a monthly subscription to a search and alert service. It is not a flight booking, a charter quote, or a purchase of transportation of any kind. No part of what you pay us buys a seat, holds an aircraft, or reserves anything with an operator.
Searching EmpTleg is free, permanently — routes, dates, prices, aircraft category, and the live map never go behind the paywall. A subscription unlocks the operator identity, the specific aircraft, one-tap direct contact, saved routes, and alerts.
Launch pricing is locked for your first 12 months of continuous subscription, even as the public rate rises.
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance at the rate shown at checkout and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will show a charge from AmeriCharter, Inc., which owns and operates EmpTleg — if that name is unfamiliar, that is what it is.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry. Access pauses if the payment ultimately doesn't go through.
Moving from Basic to Premium cancels your $49 plan automatically so you are never billed for both. You keep Basic access through the month you have already paid for, and Premium starts alongside it.
Sign in and click Cancel subscription at emptleg.com/account. That's the whole process — cancelling is exactly as easy as subscribing, which is both our policy and what California's automatic-renewal law and the FTC's click-to-cancel rule require.
Cancelling stops all future billing immediately. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing bills again.
If you can't reach your account for any reason, email info@americharter.com or call (888) 625-2487 and we will cancel it for you.
Partial months are not refunded. When you cancel you keep the access you paid for through the end of that period, rather than receiving money back for the unused days.
Two exceptions, and we apply them without argument:

Please write to us first at info@americharter.com. If we got the billing wrong we will fix it faster than a chargeback will, and it saves us both the paperwork.
